That reminds me of an old Matchbox ambulance that I had as a kid.
That was when my local ambulances basic van bodies rather than cubes , and still have red stripes to this day.
For years, my only exposure to ambulances with orange stripes was on TV/movies, and that old Matchbox.

Pretty cool looking, I’d say that the interior would need a massive cleaning though. Pressure wash all the things.

Agreed, whenever you buy an ex ambulance you pretty much have to think about what’s been inside of the back. Same goes with ex police cars.
Cleaning procedures are usually pretty detailed, but from time to time there’s people that don’t comply with those.
